Lexington, Kentucky! they are too nice to be true!!! I was shocked when I got there! people help a lot & offer their help all the time! I still can't believe how nice people are over here ;-)

Cullman, Alabama. We are a farming town. Friendly, country, honest folks. We throw out hands up at cars in passing just to be friendly.Dry, non-alcoholic town. Great place to raise children. Great place to grow old.

Its funny... My reaction was Lexington, KY too!

Great people, but it has to be the worst city to drive in!

They redesigned the city's road system to be ahead of the times.... Unfortunately that was in 1979....

probably Avon, CT. All the people are really nice and there hasn't been a robery since, like, 15 years ago.

most places in texas, especially small towns, Austin is also pretty good
