It's not exactly getting 'Sacked' They're just having the final season.

The show wasn't sacked. The cast and writers felt that they had already taken the show to every level it could go. The cast wanted to move on and do other things too.

"Will and Grace" was sacked by NBC because the ratings were declining.

It wasn't sacked. The show just ended after 8 crazy seasons...I miss that show.

Will and Grace wasn't cancelled. They chose to end it while still on top. Excellent show, I watch the reruns everynight. The finale was the biggest dissappointment.

To my understanding, Will & Grace was not cancelled but they thought it was time for them to quit before the show became unpopular. If they were really, cancelled, it is news to me and I will not be a happy camper. That was a good show.

They ended it on their own. Alot of sitcoms do this before it gets stale.
