it is the new processor from intel Core 2 duo 6800, which is 2x3.4Ghz, make running many task fast. Eg, video encoding and gamming same time.

6800 or Core 2 Duo is a new chip from Intel, the best on out atm for Desktops, Its the Extreme edition meaning it has 4mb Cache, 2.99Gz and has TWO cores on ONE processor.
Its like having 2 processors but on 1 chip.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'd rather suppose it is 2 x 3.4. I don't think that processor could be this (6800) fast without overclocking..

It means it rocks bascially and is Dual core (Intel have decided to go back to the day of virtual PC and sell it like it was a new idea, calling it Dual core and charging you plenty green for it)

dual processors are 2 chips on top of each other it has 2 x 3.4 ghz and basically makes multi-tasking dead easy
also it has 2 x 2mb cashe,everything is x2 except for fsb(front side bus)normally 800mhz
