The whole event, foreplay and all is usually 30-45 mins. Actually fu(king 10-20mins. usually closer to 10 but 20 is not unheard of. I talked to my man about this and here are some of the things he told me. A man could come quickly if that is his intent,he has to want to last and has to work at it some. There are methods of lasting longer both physical and mental. The keegal exercises we use to keep us firm down there also help him hold back ejaculation. There is also a ***NOT YET*** thought process that helps him last longer. Additionally ,frequency of sex is a factor, if you r man has not had sex in several days he may be experiencing a (build up) this makes it harder to hold back. He recommended your man look into a " Mens Health" book that teaches "Sexercise". If your man cums in 30 secs. if he can maintain an erection...KEEP GOING... not only for your sake ,but his too. It is a myth that men can only go once ,even at 44 my man still ***Once in a while*** goes twice. If your guy can't maintain an erection, give him a few minutes get him **UP** again and go again .I assure you he won't *** in 30 secs. the second time around.

Because he is too aroused from the foreplay by time he enters you his peeper is thinking finally and lets loose.

Try cutting down on the foreplay. He should be able to last at the very least a few minutes. If that doesn't work try for round two. Some men with early ejaculation last longer on round two. Just realize that he is highly sensitive after the first one it may take a little time before round two, Maybe he can concentrate on you during this time.

Suggest that he see a doctor for early ejaculation. Let him know that it doesn't effect your relationship but that you heard that there are ways to help. I am sure he wants to last longer too.

Normal sex is probally 10 to 15 minutes not counting foreplay. Five minutes are for short quickies and anything over 45 minutes to an hour is when we are in the mood. But round two sometimes never go away!! Hence hours of love making.

Hi , I am a guy and I am here to give you my honest opinion .
There are some simple breathing exercises that he could try , requires a little dicipline, when he notices that he is reaching his climax , slow down change positions focus on his breathing and slow it down a little not to much otherwise it may be over , keep moving gently so as to keep the penis stimulated and a bit more sex in the mind, its not a sport its about making love , if he can control his ejeculation , which men can, you will both have a lot more fun, when a guy controls his climax it can increase obviosly the amount of orgasms a woman has and his sexs life will gain a completely new meaning, dont forget mens ego gets trodden on quite easily depending on the guy so try secretly guiding him in the direction that you want ,

As a man and I am not bragging actual intercourse takes about 15 Min's but foreplay as long as i can go on but any man who can only last half a minute suffers fro premature ejaculation and should try to control themselves..

Well foreplay comes first that lasts about 30 mins or more and the nitty gritty about an hour. I noticed that when he's real excited it tends to be a bit shorter, so the foreplay leads to it going slow.

My ex husband lasted about 1 minute and sucked at foreplay. Be glad he takes some time with you before the actual act!

I think it depends, but I had men who went off in a minute or 2, and believe me not all precocious ejaculators are good at foreplay!
enjoy that

With my ex, our love making would always last anything between two and three hours, at least 5 times a week and lasted for 16 months! It was very intense and he would sustain an erection through out each session. He was 7 years older than me and very experienced. Its the best sex i have ever had.

So, you may ask, why is he your ex? Well that's easy to answer. There's more to a relationship and to me than sex....sadly that was the only thing he was any good at and it takes more than sex to build a good relationship!

Coming from an honest man. Most men don't last long. Here is the key to our happy sex life. I always make sure my wife has an orgasm, (giving oral) and then it doesn't really matter how much I last. Your man is perfectly normal. Viagra might help a little, but if you are happy, and get yours, then it really doesn't matter. Take it as a compliment, you are so good, and it feels so good, that he can't hold it.
