i know that legwarmers are worn over a dancers costume but what i would like to know is are are the stirruped legwarmers fitted over a dancers tights shoe or how are they fitted bascially how do i wear them properly

I find the tight ones are best, they make you feel every move. I tend to find the stirruped ones are the most restrictive around the calf area and the doudle threaded i find these are more durable for the more strenuous routines not to be confused with the double threaded these just fall apart.I tend to find the best way in which leg warmers should be put on is by first inserting my left foot through the hole in the left legwarmer (not the stirreped end! ever!) as this may make you seem foolish. Then proceed to pull sharply in an orderly fashion with your hands that you should find at the end of your arms. Only continue with these directions with the doudle threaded as the double threaded are not as durable for this there is another procedure that I can give you on request.

tight are pretty good find ones that would fit you good, and yes it is suposto go over your shoe and tights

find some that fit you well and that you are comfortable in....and then slide them on your legs....tight ones are better, but not too tight,
