Santa, listen, my name is Gruffo and i am the leader of the elf labor union. we elves will remain on strike until you meet our demands.... they are as follows....
1. a pay raise of 15 %
2. 3 weeks paid vacation.
3. each elf gets his own set of malibu barbie.
4. each elf gets a night with your daughter, christine clause.
and 5. you stop serving us raindeer meat every night for dinner.

The elfs didn't go on strike. They've just been delayed because of the pipeline shut down in Prudhoe Bay.

Your mistake was allowing the Union to come in and take over. They running more and more companies overseas. You may try as stated above and connect China. Wal-Wort and IBM use them a lot now.
