Why on this programme does Melinda never repeat exactly what the ghost says, she always passes on the message using other words.

I would say it is her way of interpreting the message. It would be redundant repeating it.

That's been bugging me too... but the episode I watched last night was the only time I've ever heard her repeat what the "ghost" said.

I watched this for the first time the other night and loved it but yes I agree it was irritating when she did'nt say exaxctly what the spirit had said maybe she edits it to save time or she had'nt read the script properly.

i think that she wants people to uderstand more easier why the ghost is coming back...so that the living will not misunderstood
