what you need to do is do a additional installation of xp on to the 120gb drive and then you will have a dual boot p.c then you can swap the drives over ,remembering to go into system properties>advanced>start up and edit the settings to delete the 20gb drive windows
then after that all the p.c will recognize is the 120gb drive and the 20gb will be storage
also remember to switch jumpers 120gb=master...20gb slave.......check top of drive for jumper settings

I think your op system has to be on primary but partitions should be the same. Just change your jumper settings and give it a try. The power input will be the same and it will or wont work but no harm in trying.

Yeah you can, you need to change the jumper settings on the back of the HDDs if they are PATA drives, refer to the manufacturers website(s) to see what the jumper settings should be.

yep,
just need to change the jumper settings so that the main one is master, and the other one is slave - will be able to see this on back of harddrive. might also need to re-install you main operating system on the new main drive as well - possibly reformatting your drives as well

You can use a program called Norton Ghost to clone one hard drive to the other, that is the only way to do this. Your second drive will be erased though.
