how do I go about setting up a site where I can sell my list of inforamation or a health guide?

I'm looking to set up a page where I can sell my health guide and customers can just pay for it and download it, but I dont know where to begin.

well there are freebie websites where you can set up your webpage.... or you can pay for an ecommerce cart....

Oh and it maight be good if you knew some basic html

as for getting paid for them... Paypal is a good start... there are others such as ProPay etc.....
