body building is a good sport but Les be real when you see those pictures of body builders on the magazine covers you have to realize that in the great majority of cases they have use drugs to get that big and since they are making allot of money the get allot of medical testing to improve there performance and growth think about it! no human been can get that big naturally and that is where the problem begins. The bodybuilding science is constantly bombarded with new technology and supplements that are suppose to help you get strong and bigger but they don't past the test of time one day the company's and manufacturers disappear you have to ask you re self why I think is because of liability issues like hearting people and law suits .The biggest problem with bodybuilding is not the sport is the industry built around it This is a case of Bayer be ware .To any body that wants to start bodybuilding i will say keep it natural know you re limitations don't over do it and eat good quality foods also it take time to get a great body and use no drugs or suspicious supplements you mite not be the biggest this way but you Will live a longer and happy life

The esthetic is the muscle is built to become large and toned. In the long run, has to be careful with the steroid intake (if taken) which can harm the heart. As well as the food taken when in body building process, if you stop the exercise but the food intake is still high, it can go to obesity.
