While there is no atmosphere and therefore no wind to disturb the footprints, there are other factors. Meteoroids may hit them. Also, the heating and cooling as the area where the footprints are alternately gets exposed to the sun and then the dark of space will slowly degrade the prints. (There is no "dark" side to the moon. Only the side visible to earth stays constant.)

All the footprints are still there. There is no atmosphere on the moon so therefore there is no wind or erosion. Unless the footprint is erased by an impact from a meteor it will be there forever
