all he does is to whine and accuse Arsenal of backstabbing him. In the first place he backstabbed Arsenal by turning up at an illegal meeting with Chelsea.

YES. He's already a millionare so it cant be about the money.
Could you ever imagine Rooney leaving for Man City or Henry to Spurs. He obviously was not loyal to the Arsenal club and their beliefs.
It was he who was wrong from day one with his illegal meeting anyway.

Yes and No. Yes, if you are an Gunner and No, if you are Ashley Cole who has to look after his life when his footballing career is over. The gunners can't go around balling their eyes out all because they lost their best player! Remember Sol Campbell when he left Spurs for Arsenal!!! Let bygones be bygones and look towards the future!

yes, in a way. Because, if he wanted to leave Arsenal he could go anywhere else on this planet, but he joined the Arsenal's worst opponent ....it has nothing to do with loyalty, however...

No, no and no......he is only doing what he wants, and why not? Its only because he went to Chelsea that there is all this uproar, if he had gone to say, Newcastle or Portsmouth, nothing would be said...the press and Arsenal have made it into a media frenzy

They also agreed to let him go for 15 million if anyone came in for him. When it was Chelsea that came in they doubled it to 30 million. They also agreed to give him a substantial pay rise for him to stay. When he came to putting pen to paper the figure was not the one agreed to. He has been there since a boy yet they lied repeatedly to him.

No he definately is not a backstabber.

He has stabbed all the loyal Asrenal fans in the belly.

But what else would you expect from anyone who wants to join the moneygrabbers in Blue.

He's just doing what most football players do, being greedy and only thinking of himself.
