I'd just like to point out that it's not just young black girls that talk about and do those things but white girls too. I'm white and in high school and the majority of the girls are not virgins anymore. Also some of the more studious girls are black. Don't direct your question towards black girls but all teens. I'm actually one of the few girls in my grade that doesn't drink, smoke and I'm still a virgin. I'm very proud of that and it's not going to change. Blame teen sex and drinking on the parents not talking about it. That's why they're coming onto Yahoo Answers and asking, because sex is almost a taboo subject and a lot of the times we're uneducated about it.

You know maybe the maybe because their young parent (never really parents) see so many other young girls with many kids who just pass them to their mother or in many cases grandmother to raise
The lack of education from some one who cares and shows them education should come first and if sex comes use protection
It really is sad because its like breeding ignorance not to take pride in yourself
One thing you didn't mention is "rap music" it is a put down to young black women (if they could only see) used for sex called a whore videos are nasty for young girls bad influence

first of all, that's not important how solid or basic of a individual she is, or if she referred to as 911. The regulation would not care approximately that. What concerns, is that if there became ANY actual way she might have prevented the twist of fate. became she rushing, speaking on a cellular telephone, distracted, weaving, failing to sign or negligent in any way? If no longer, then criminal fees will by no ability be filed, yet you could relax certain there'll be a civil fit. in basic terms because of the fact which you hit a pedestrian, would not recommend it is your fault. i've got labored quite a few injuries the place it wasn't the drivers fault. in one case, an elderly woman slipped on an icy sidewalk and fell out in front of a automobile that became being operated lawfully. it fairly is yet another solid reason to obey site visitors rules. while you're utilising 38mph in a 35mph zone and a newborn runs out in front of you, you're screwed. that's not important that the youngster became unsupervised or that he in basic terms darted out from between 2 vehicles.
