watch out for deodorants with aluminum or other metals in them, esp ones that spray. Your skin is highly capable of absorbing them and metals in excess (especially daily use like this case) can harm you and you wont know what it is. This is a very good and cheap way and probably the safest too if you dont have cuts (doubt it).
Take rubbing alcohol (most are) 70% isopropyl. As someone mentioned it kills the bacteria there. THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Just like fungus, mosquitos, and mold, bacteria multiply and grow where it is wet. So if you sweat thats perfectly fine, just use the rubbing alcohol to kill the germs. No germs, no smell. Simple.
It lasts a day since at night most people sweat and that wears it off. Doesnt hurt AT ALL, just use enough for it to cover completely, but not drenched, just lightly wet and itll dry in like 2 minutes.

I'm assuming you've tried deodorant right? Well you should try different kinds of deodorant. I"ve heard that the Arm and Hammer one is pretty strong.
Also if its really bad you can try (and i'm not kidding here) rubbing lemons on your armpits after you take a shower. It suppose to kill the bacteria that lives there. (which is the true cause of body odor, its not really the sweat but the bacteria (or rather the bacteria's excretions) that live in your armpits or other unlit areas of your body) eh, just thought you'd like to know

To begin with, you must remove your arm pit hair so the deoderant can get onto your skin. You should change to a different brand 'cause u do build up a "tolerance". And apply often, all day protection is a myth.

By the way, did someone tell u about your odor? I would like to tell this guy, but don't know how to approach him, can u give me some advice?

Most of the answers are good as specially about tolerance. Must change even soap and talcum powder from time to time

Wash it with strong perfumed soap and water, as many time a day as possible.

Use deodorant, or perfumed powder, to absorb the perspiration.

Watch your food, spicy food tend to make you perspire more then mild food.

Food smell is the main ingredient or armpit smell.

Apply perfumed powder as deodorant. Some roll on ones are also a good bat.

Well, if you have alot of body odour from your armpit, you can
try and do the following things:-
1. Wash your armpit daily with good quality soap which helps
to clean/remove the excessive oily smell.
2. Then dry it with towel and sprinkle some antiseptic powder
for cooling effect and at the same time to kill off any bacteria.
3. Finally, your armpit will not smell of body odour any more,
(until you sweat alot and the day is done). Trust me, try it
today!

Make sure what you buying says Deodorant and Antiperspirant...Drink lots of water....Good Luck
I also agree with the other person that said remove some of the hair under your arm...You dont have to shave it all, but use a trimmer and thin it out....This will help alot...

People generally develop a "tolerance" if they use the same kind of deodorant for a long time. Generally, it is a good idea to switch to something new every time you use up a whole can of the stuff. Try switching to something different for a while and see if it helps.
