In order to become a professional wrestler of WWE and in US you have to be certified by Professional Wrestling Association.
Every wrestler is 'billed' from a particular entity and PWA certifies it.
eg. The Undertaker is billed from "Death Valley" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Calaway)

Well this is form experience friend, I attend a wrestling organisation called the FWA academy in the uk its 1 of the biggest wrestling promotions in the UK at present, it has produced Wwe stars, Pul Burchill and Nikkita. Also we get special appearences from people like Bret Hart, Christopher Daniels, Paul London and others.
BUT let me tell you a little bit about being a pro wrestler, it look like fun but believe me its damn hard work as well as fun. If you dont already participate in some sporting activity then i strongly recommend joining some sort of sporting activity, gymnastics is a mega plus i competed internationally at gymnastics in friendly competitions i was also a 3 time uk tumbling champion that helped me alot. In the FWA every week before you even get in the ring you are required to do wait training, 200 sit ups, push ups and squats . . . not easy!!! In the ring is alot of fun but tough and can wear down your body be sure to bring lots of water, go to the www.fwatraining.co.uk for more information on the club located in portsmouth UK and maybe ill see you there, good luck and be dedicated!

You have to go to wrestling school. When you wrestle in the independent circuit, WWE may offer you a developmental contract which means you will work for Ohio Valley Wrestling. Once you work there they will call you up to work for WWE. You can go to the Ohio Valley wrestling school which is in Kentucky which is the one Batista went to. Going directly to this school will give you a better chance of specifically being in the WWE. You can click on the link and then click on the school link and it will tell you all about the school.

Reality!!!
You need to find a local Wrestling promotion. Look on the internet and find you nearest promotion. Find out if they do training sessions. If they do... then contact them and go from there.
If you really want it... be dedicated towards it!! You wont be in the WWE in like 2 weeks!!!
Concentrate on winning the local fans, and follow the story set for you!! Thats all I can say for now.... the rest you need to find yourself!!
Lastly, if your not already... start spending time at the gym... and dont take steroids please!!! Go onto bodybuilding.com for more advice on getting bigger!
Good Luck!!!

These seem to be the steps:
1) Think of a homo-erotic name for yourself, something like 'The Beast' perhaps
2) Buy a leotard, or anything else that fits snugly around your buttocks and crotch, and most importantly, reveals ample flesh
3) Practice hugging men, moaning, rolling on the floor, shouting inanely at invisible enemies
4) Enter a 'tournament' (acting school)
5) You are now a pro-wrestler.
Good luck!

work out a hell of a lot, try and join a club, then either wait for the wwe trials to come near your area, (unless you live in england or a completely small us village) send in a recording of you wrestling.

Drop out of Jr. High School.
Go to the gym instead and get all huge. If your genetics don't allow you to get huge then get fat and be one of the bad guys.
Take acting class.
Hang out at gay bars cuz you will need to act really gay to be a WWE wrestler.

Do your research. Start Googling for wrestling schools and and see if there is one you like. I spent about 3 weeks looking for one, im going to go right after my 16th birthday in December.
