Obviously both are immensely talented but I can't say much about the cuteness part.
Hleb isn't really showing his true stuff yet. Maybe he still isn't suited to the Premiership. I've seen glimpses of brilliance but not 12 million dollars worth of yet.
Robin van Persie is obviously a very talented lad. He can become a top player, but only if he can get himself in check. He tries to do too much at times, to the point of being selfish and showy.
They are or will be great players. But they won't line up amongst the best.

HLEB has not set the Premiership alive yet. I feel he is used to a more central midfield role for Belarus and with Arsenal he plays on he right. VAN PERSIE, with the loss of Reyes and Bergkamp will become a major force for Arsenal.

If they are both left out of it then I would agree but not because of their ability to move the ball but for the actions they take when it is necessary. Don't think that either could do it without total support but that is not going to happen. Try to look a the bright side. Both can do it if they want to but sometimes the will is better than the way.
