I am from a good family back ground. And is well educated with a good personality. Have few of my own businesses. So i was thinking to gain more experince in my feild. So i started working part time in a telephone company. I was fulfilling my responsibility sincerely all the time. One day the big Boss started critisizing me and telling me that i am doing nothing at all. So i told me show me the evidence and prove me. He said that because I am the boss, whatever i say is right? Always capital your (i) I's when writing (but your well educated you would know that right ?)and read you words quote so i told me and prove me, #1 if you own business why are you working somewhere else ? if you own two or more company's why are wanting more experience in your Field if you have what you say then why open something up to do what you doing don't any make sense, and the big boss that would be you cause you own the company's right so when your at your place your the big boss and you can say what you want right? cause you the big boss see, how you don"t have a clue what your doing sorry I got right to the point oh wait few business of your own that make three so how could you possibly work part time at a phone company and be any good at your places ?, how old are you did you take a business course ? well you should

I might tend to side with the boss here. If you really want to gain some experience in your field, you should try to learn what you can with this company. Rather than challenging the bosses criticsm of your efforts, why not sit down with him and ask him to outline his clear expectations for your work. What would stellar job performance be in his view? Then, attempt to deliver, to meet or exceed his expectations. Your might be amazed at what you might learn.

And, unless English is your second language, you may want to work on your education.

Also, in the workplace, a good personality includes getting along with the boss and being respectfull of his or her guidance, as well as, getting along with co-workers, clients and other business associates. So, you might try a little of that too.

Coming from a good family might help you get in the right schools, and to get a job, but once you land the job, you must perform.

No one that has their own businesses works part time somewhere else.
Introduce the "big boss" to your sister.

Hun, wherever you got your good education, maybe you need to go back and learn how to spell and use proper grammar. If I had my own businesses, I wouldn't be out working part time somewhere else, where I'm not appreciated. I'd tell the big bossman to shove it and go back to tending to my own businesses.

"And is well educated..." where did you get your good education from? I know first graders with a better comprehension of grammar and spelling than what you have wrote here.

Bosses sometimes do what they did to you, because simply because they can, and for no other reason, other than harassment.
