Yes, absolutely, the problem is with 99.9% of all mediums being frauds you're way better off believing that the answer is no.
Best way to determine if something is true is if it asks for a credit card number or if you dialed a 1-900 number to get in touch with the person their a fraud!.

My mom has past back in May on a Sunday the 29th. she suffered from strokes. The first stroke took place in Delhi at a burger king restaurant back in last year on June 5th of 2015. That was her first starting stroke. Which I have no idea that's what she was having. it was freaky and scary. She got up from the seat to get a refill on her soft drink. She comes back to her seat but not a mint later she soon acted funny. She thought the table was moving away from her. The table was attached to the floor. I looked under the table. An old lady came to the table to ask my mom what's wrong dear. my mom said I don't know or something like that. she then went up to the ordering counter to get someone to call the emergency. Another lady came to the table that works there and telling my mom the emergency is on their way. They arrived fast too. They wasn't that far from the location were we where at. But anyway if I go any farther this post will go on forever. You know along post ? I just have to get right straight to the point. I miss my mom every sense she past. I broke down eventually when it be came light out from after hearing about the bad news which I knew that's what the call was. But my brother is the one who took the call. The call was on his cell anyway. But the call it came from the nursing home about 2 in the morning from one of the lady nurses or staffs. But on the other side I just wondering if she is alright. She went through a lot in her life when she was among the living. She even had breast cancer before quite some years back now. I think it was about 2008 or 2009 when she had it. It was the most aggressive kind. If anybody here knows that type of breast cancer I'm talking about then you are correct. She was shocked when she found out and I was too. But now I've been interested in this paranormal or supernatural thing. Well that I've been interested in for awhile now even before my mom past. So the thing is I was wonder if it is possible to contact the dead. I got numbers of mediums well did had some until I got a wacky virus that hit my computer so I have to get them again but didn't call any yet anyway. Haven't got around to it yet. So what do you all think ? would there be some possible chance to getting in touch with my mom in the afterlife by contacting a medium ?

Hi,
I've experienced something strange that makes me believe that it might be possible...
A very close friend died under dramatical circumstances and, at the very moments of his dead, I felt really strange, although I was not at all aware of what was happening.
It's hard to explain, I felt sick, although it was neither headache, nor stomach pain or anything like that.
I *just* felt sick and got so pale that the people I was with thought of calling an ambulance, not knowing what to do..
I heard of my friend's death the next day, and learned that he took about 10 minutes do die - at exactly the time I felt so strange....
I think that his soul tried to say goodbye to me, and therefore believe that a soul keeps on *existing* somewhere.
Therefore it should be possible to contact a *dead soul*, but I have problems trusting a so-called *medium*
Like others have written, as long as such a *medium* does not ask for money it's worth giving it a try, but stay objective to it and make sure you have a question to ask that ONLY that specific person could answer to.

I think we were giving free will for a reason, it goes along with an open mind, perhaps? These gifts are ours to use, whenever we wish (free will and our open mind).
I am an intuitive, sometimes when I do a reading, someone from the clients "other side" will contact me. I will then receive information that I can share with my client. This information (even if it's just a mere glimpse of the loved one who has passed, so that I can describe him or her in some detail and demeanor), can help my client with closure and unanswered questions. Sometimes I get much more information that just visual, sometimes I get auditory as well. I may get alot of information from a deceased as you call it (no one ever really dies) loved one, or very little information. It is all up to the one who has crossed over to another level. For the most part, the deceased (if you would like to call them that) contact me, I do not have to try and conjur them up. Along with spirit guides and helper, angels and other souls that are ever present, these relatives of the people that I am reading for, want to be heard or known, and want to, in some way, make a difference in the lives of the living. This is part of my every day work, and I take it very seriously.

No, in some cases they're just flat out swindling people, in other cases they probable arrive at a mental state where they are under the impression that they are hearing the dead, but they are really just hearing voices created by their own minds.

Someone dead is really dead. If some mediums or media were able to contact the dead, they were able to contact evil spirits..

Mediums are contacting demons pretending to be dead humans.

I would love to find one that really does but they all seem to have holes and grey areas about their readings.
The ones that help police are good if what I see on Telly is true.
Oh wait... nothing on Telly is true

No. The idea comes from the idea of an immaterial soul, and dreams. Such a soul does not exist, and dreams are not esp.
