OK. Here's the low down. Yes, you will lose a very noticeable amount of feel and that's why they say it is better for sex because you don't come easily. Now, you can feel your way in towards the vaginal opening without the help of you hands. After circumcision you are directionless! So you decide. I bet you will, like myself and all who have done it at this age, have regrets having it done.
Yes, it is cleaner and looks pretty with the bit of foreskin removed. If you are only partially covered and can pull it back and clean the glans area, then I suggest you don't lop it off. If yours is a long foreskin then you should go for it.
Yes, it's gonna hurt for a couple of weeks, because the skin is straining against the stitches whenever you get a hard on. And that is especially so in the mornings when all we want is to pee.
If the foreskin was not naturally required, for sex and everything else, then I should think we would be born without it.!

There are few medical reasons for adult circumcision. Unless you are experiencing painful erections, you should not have this done. If you are unable to pull the foreskin back fully, you can have a simple operation to loosen the foreskin, or use stretching exercises to enlarge it.
The American Medical Association and the American Association of Paediatrics boths agree that there is no need for routine circumcision.
Yes, the operation will hurt for a couple of weeks. It's possible - though rare - for the operation to take off too much skin, in which case, you may have painful erections, and you may find your penis is shorter when erect.
The foreskin is covered in nerve endings which you will lose, so you will have reduced sensitivity on the shaft.
The head of the penis, once permanently exposed, will develop a layer of keratin to protect it. This has no nerve endings, and reduces the sensitivity of the head of the penis.
You will have to use lube when masturbating, and you may not at first be able to stimulate yourself to ejaculation. You'll have to find different ways of doing this to give yourself sufficient stimulation.
Circumcision does not make you 'cleaner' - you should be washig under the foreskin anyway. It does not prevent or reduce the likelihood of STDs or HIV transmission, and it does not prevent penile cancer (a very rare form of cancer anyway).
I would not advise an adult circumcision.

Go to a doctor. Talk to a rabbi. There is a story in the old testament about a tribe that converted en masse. A few days after the mass circumcision the Jews attacked. Killed them all.
Your a man. You can take it, and ibuprofen.
Did you hear about the obstetrician who did them for free?
He kept all his tips though.
Do not do this at home. Get a surgeon.

I had it done at age 35 I should have done it sooner.
Make sure you sit up and watch it (it's really interesting) then the surgeon will give it his all.
Have painkillers ready for when the anasthetic wears of.(not needed day after)
Use the inside of a toilet-roll to protect from bumping or rubbing it in the daytime. and at night-time sleep with a large plastic bowl on top for the same reason
Normal sex is possible after 10 days and feels really fine.
Good luck!
