It's not a hyperlink. Copy the link and paste it in the address space of your browser. I hope it's from someone you know and not a virus or some icky hardcore site.

If you are using Outlook 2003, Outlook due to some reason has a security feature that turns of links for some addresses. You have to turn on links.

it's either what 'just_browsin' said or maybe you have a 'Pop-up Blocker' enabled in your computer
