Login to your yahoo account.
Look at the top right corner of the window. You will see "options" written. click on it. (options > mail options), click OK to confirm, in Ymail Beta.
A separate Mail options window will open.
There you will see Block Addresses written. Click on it.
In the next window that opens , you will see this
Add Block
Enter email address (or domain) to block

copy and paste the address from the email received.
click on the button named add block.
The address should appear in the box below.

That's it. You will no more receive any mail , from that site which you have added to your blocked addresses list.

You really can't do much. At least Yahoo and some other servers have software which recognizes spam and takes it out of your in-tray for you. That's what the bulk tray is for...all the junk. All you can do is just delete it periodically. Or change your email every few weeks which is a pain and not very useful.

One way is to use a mail service with a strong anti spam program, like Yahoo. Otherwise the only sure way is to stop spam emails is to create an "approved senders list". Only mail from that list will be allowed.

I literally started getting fifty to a hundred junk mail items in my bulk mail folder daily. I had to delete my folder, it was becoming too overwhelming to deal with. I don't know how to pick and choose, which "junk" you would like to have placed in that folder, but good luck in finding out.

Go to the bottom of the email and have a look at anywhere it says unsubscribe or stop receiving future emails.

gotothe email and click on "SPAM" that will make it dissappear and auromatically add to block list.

but f you want to add manually, goto mail options > mail section > Blocked addresess > and add the domain like "freejunk.com"

done!!!

ruben

*remove your yahoo profile and that will reduce the spam, or dont give your email on webisites.
