Is it like an infared sensor that when its reflected off your back/front alerts it, then when you leave it flushes?

Each business that owns the restroom hires some illegals to look through the window to see when you are done and then he flushes it for you...

It shoots an infrared beam out of a certain intensity. If the beam hits an object right in front of it the beam will reflect back and hits a sensor. Once the beam stops reflecting off the sensor, then it flushes, assuming that the person has gotten up

There's someone watching you and when you stand up, they push a button and it makes the toilet flush. When they are bored, they push the button while you are still sitting down... kinda like a makeshift bidet. They like to see the shocked look that is produced by this.

yes, when you have been infront of it for a certain amount of time it flushes the toilet. I have noticed that it is always 2 seconds before the TP hits the water, lol

it is infra red sensor detects heat in your body then opens solonid with preset timing and then flushes urnal or the toilet

They are proximity sensors. once blocked they activate by motion or a timer when the switch is deactivated by you leaving.

motion detector it flushes when you leave or it has a motion detection and then its gone but not always foolproof it may flush when you stand or sit still

It maybe working like every other one.But since it public it has to be maintained otherwise it will be having problem.like one public bathroom i know went bad becos it lack of maintainance.
