Cute!!! I think your idea is absolutely possible! The only potential flow is that neither humans, nor cats produce as much milk as cows, goats or sheep...So, the cheese quantity will be limited. I also have a question for you: Would you eat cheese coming from the breast of the neighbour? ;)

Hmm...sounds possible.... when you consider we are the ONLY animals on earth that consume milk past infancy - and the only animals on earth to consume the milk of another species, really, is it all that more disgusting to eat/drink it from a cat than a cow?
I'll stick to soy based cheese...

there are other cheeses, such as goat cheese. It't tought to milk a cat. and their milk has low fat content.
