if it was legitimate in Kenya,then it should be so elsewhere. in RSA some of the cultures have a customary union, which though recognized there ,will not necessarily be accepted elsewhere. (because the man can have several wives) but if you got married in a court or church,it should be fine.

Did you sign the marriage certificate...? Then, yes, it was not a hoax, a dream or an imaginary story; I am afraid you are hopelessly, inescapably married. If you married your partner for sex, thinking that it would be an easy thing to get out of, you should have thought of that before you went through with it.

was your marriage recorded by any government entity? or done by someone legal to perform marriages and a paper signed? then england should accept it.
