Basically good skills don't cut it if you cannot spell or compose a coherent sentence. "is from last 6 month I am not getting job" does not constitute good grammar!
"This mean some loop hole is their in me, I just wanted to find how can i know negative side of professional side. Is their any test which can help me to find my loop hole"
REALLY! Review what you write, forget the spellcheck, and learn some decent language skills!

I can see from you answer that you need to work on your written communications skills. Why did you resign from your last job after two years? I suspect that you have issues with your interviewing skills and with your past job history and performance that are keeping you from landing your next role.

There are career counselors who can administer tests to tell you what your strengths and weaknesses are. A good place to find that is in a University Placement Office, they should have resources. If not, contact an outplacement firm in your area such as Challenger, Gray, and Christmas or Drake Beam Morin and ask if they will put you through these tests (this could be costly, so try to find the free services if money is an issue).

Try this Bulls, Owls, lambs and Tigers. This is a personality based mini-test.

Bull - A bit abrasive personality, short and to the point. Prestige and status is very important. This personality will give short questions and wants very short answers. Very Territorial. Sloppy neat, meaning his/her desk looks like a mess, but he/she knows were everything is. Get to the point with this personality. Business first then social. As soon as you meet this person he/she will shake your hand. If it is a bull personality, his hand will be firm and you will notice that his hand will be over yours. Control is very important to the Bull. Don't give "over detail, the Bull will never read it all, or care. Go to the bottom line. Watch theBulls posture, their arms will be crossed, if this happens they are in their comfort zone. With the Bull, he will let you know quickly about your prospects for the job opening.

Owl - Very detailed. Will start asking you a lot of questions. Order is the most important thing for this personality. Notice the desk, very organized, a lot of lists of things to do will be all around his/her office. Likes details in your answers. Be sure to be Business first then be social. Be highly organized and detailed at this interview. The hand shake will be kinda at the finger tips, not all the way in not all the way out. Owls hate mistakes (Yours or their's) Watch the owl's Posture, when they are interested in what you are saying that will put their hand or fist under their cheek. I call it perching. The owl will interview as many people that they can before they make the final decision.

Lambs - Very family oraiented, be social first, then business. Talk about their kids, hobbies, etc. Try to put off the business part of the interview as much as you can. You will see that a lambs handshake is mushy. They have a very hard time making a decision, they will need to talk to freiends, family, co-workers, etc. before they make any kind of decision. Follow up a few times after the interview with the lamb. Rember even on follow-up , Social first, then business. Security is more important to the owls than prestige and status.

Tiger - Short attention span. Everything needs to be fun and exciting. Mesy/ mesy type = sloppy desk, not organized. Will go from one subject to another very quickly. Be social first, then business. The tiger hand shake is kinda wild. You will know it when you get a handshake from a tiger personality. Tigers are fast to make decisions, don't like details. Be positive and upbeat at this interview. Relax and have a good time. Follow-up is very important, be social first, then business. During the interview the tiger is up and down, answering phone calls, etc.

It will be important to start your observations quickly ie: The type of handshake, observe posture, how he or she keeps their own office space. Do they write a lot of things down during an interview? - might be an owl Maybe at the interview they bring nothing with them - Ma be an tiger or perhaps a Bull ?

Bottom line during the interview if yopu feel you are being interview by a Bull, be a bull If by an Owl be an Owl , etc. etc. It really does work. Good luck. This is just the nickle tour. Good Luck and remember..... Sell to PEOPLE like they need to be sold.
In the Spirit of Success,

Dan

Am I on Candid Camera? Did you hate being a Senior Officer in a bank? You may wish to try another bank, maybe one where spelling or typing skills are optional. Without knowing you, I can only judge you by the misspellings in this question. Maybe it's just me that feels typos and misspellings are a negative trait in an employment search?

From the look of your paragraph, I can confidently declare that you have no weeknesses at all. Especially when we consider communication.

I don't think you should look at it that way.
You might not fit in their work requirement.
