I agree - double up. If your period os heavy that you're feeling faint, try eating things with loads of iron in them - really dark green vegetables and very red meat is your best bet; and if not, dark chocolate will at least cheer you up! Don't drink any caffeine; it'll make you feel worse. Heat pads are a good idea. And if you're really worried, don't wear anything light coloured. Try jeans instead, or if it's smart, a dark skirt. I'm here for you, honey, nearly fainted yesterday!

Okay, this answer is a little embarrassing, but I speak from personal experience.
I've found the best way to combat a heavy period on the day, is to double gaurd them, meaning waering a tampon and a heavy absorbtion pad (there are some which are still slim-lined, like from always). I find it works the best because a really heavy period can go through a tampon easily in an hour. This way, you are protected, and can then go to bathroom and change when you *feel* you need to, wthout having to wrap your jacket around your waist.
In the long-term, ask your doctor about going on the pill, it does wonders for making heavy periods normal.
Good luck.

The date will not be a problem for u but the periods cuz if the periods are heavy every month then u shuld have a medical check up becuase it may be due to some hormmonal imbalance and if its for this month only then just double the pad and take some pain killer and dont wear the white.

I agree with the lady that said double it up. Also try taking a 20-30 minute walk. That can help with the cramping. From personal experience I would say try to stay away from Pamprin or Midol, they do help with bloating but can increase the blood flow therefore increasing the chances of overflow.

Your date is tomorrow, so by then your periods would be a little better. Don't worry, darling, be optimistic!
And drink a lot of water and take plenty of rest, and change your tampons as often as you could. The feeling of having a new tampon on makes a woman feel much cleaner, and that usually makes her feel much better, too.

you do not might desire to tell your mom, in simple terms once you like extra pads/tampons. For cramps I reccomend Midol, advil, warmth, and water, Icecream helps too :) For the noise of the pad ripping, no one cares in a ladies bathing room, while you're nonetheless self concious approximately it you're able to do it whilst the faucets or blow dryers are on or you should use tampons that are quieter. you will get used to them. For the heavy bypass you could in simple terms get those that say for heavy bypass on them. maximum sessions final 3-8 days and a few extra days isn't a great deal, different than being a discomfort. everybody hates their era yet all of us might desire to suck it up and take a inspect to not be a b*tch approximately it. determine you do not permit a pad start to smell or go away a tampon in for extra advantageous than 8 hours. attempt to drink as plenty water as possible. think of satisfied recommendations. do not difficulty approximately it, you will get used to it yet i realize it does not look like it now. exceptionally, do not think of roughly it, it makes it worse. Advil and midol are the terrific Tylenol does not artwork o.k..

Perhaps you could postpone the date and then talk to your doctor about starting oral contraceptive pills. They help ease the pain aswell as the flow. It will probably be less by tomorrow anyway.
