I am the type of person that holds stuff in. When I blow it's ugly. One time I was hanging out with my neighbors and they had an on going dispute with somebody. He walked into their house that night and proceded to tear up their house. I snapped pulled him outside beat the crap out of him the cops showed up took him to the hospital. I never got charged with anything because it was considered some type of self-defense like home invasion. Apparently he had drugs are him too. Later the police officer showed up to take statements he said I really beat the hell out of him to the point that the Dr. had to give him alot of pain meds for his face and body. Anyways I felt really good after that because I released my anger. But the moral is don't bottle up because it is really bad for you. That's my trigger.

I am usually a very calm and diplomatic person. But one day there was a fuel crisis in my country and had to lineup for 45 min in a long line of vehicles parked along the street leading to the gas station. I was driving my Dad's car which he is very possessive about and would go crazy if he sees a single scratch. It was 35C outside and I had to turn the engine off to make sure I don't run out of gas before I get to the pump so the air conditioning was also off. Add the smell of gas and fumes from the waiting vehicles and you can imagine what hell it was.

Apart from the physical conditions that made me feel very uncomfortable, I was very angry at the whole reason why I had to go through such hardship just to fill up the tank. I was very disappointed with my country and the government as a whole.

Finally it was my turn to drive in front of the pump and out of no where there was a 3-wheeled taxi (very common in this parts of the world) trying to break into the line in front of me. I honked the horn and when he looked at me I hand gestured him to go back to the end of the line (which was several hundred meters long) even without explaining why he had to do it or even being apologetic about it he ignored me and went on to sneak in front of me getting into the line. I tried intimidating him by jerking my vehicle forward as a warning but he still had the guts to cut into the line.

I drove straight into it and rammed it out of the line almost making it flip over. Not only I wrecked my Dad's shiny black car but risked being attacked by a gang of fellow taxi drivers who are known to be violent. Even though people around me thought he deserved it I think It was a stupid thing to do and rage is the only explanation I could think of why I did such a thing that I usually don't.

Maybe the fact I had a similar frustration of failing to get people to stand in line or follow order when I was back in school could have an effect on it too. (I used to be the class monitor).

Yes, once. I woke up one night at about 1 o clock. We were at our beach house in Kleinbrak and there were some friends visiting my mom and step dad... There was a lot of shouting and crashing of furniture... When I came into the dining room area my mom was lying on the floor with my step dad sitting on her chest, trying to choke her... (Before I got there he apparently slapped her off her chair - in front of their guests). The man of the couple visiting was doing absolutely nothing to help my mom, he was just saying that he should leave her alone... I jumped on him and pulled him from my mom, while calling him every single swearword I could remember... As I am sitting here typing this the blood rushes into my head and I can feel the anger pulsing through my veins.... She left him about ten years ago. I

The reason ? I prefer to not speak about but yes, it started a total rage where I was ready to spill blood and use violence on nearly everybody and everything.
