I think a season of 24 would be good for this if you haven't seen it before but it wouldn't last the whole 24 hours unless you watched the original commericals too.
For me I have watched Babylon 5, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Angel in several different stretches for 24 hours without commercials.

it would be tough to choose just one. For me being a child in the 70s I would choose 3 and 8 episodes of each. They would be Charlies Angels, Wonder Woman and The Bionic Woman.
