You can tell this guy tough luck! You shouldn't have to put up with smoking smells and risks just because he feels like it and can't handle fabrezze. Tell him to open a window when he smokes!
There ARE dangers from it, the same dangers as if you were actually smoking. Make him buy one of those ashtrays that sucks in the smoke so it doesn't go everywhere. You shouldn't have to deal with this because of what he WANTS to do. It is a risk to your health and if he won't work with you go to someone, main office, or health department, something like that because since the cab is shared it may be viewed as a public place, and smoking was banned from most public places along time ago.
Don't be a pushover! THIS IS YOUR JOB TOO!!! Take control of the situation and get him to stop smoking or to have the windows open when he smokes or MAKE him stop smoking!!! Go to someone with a higher power to straighten him out and not make you have to life with crap like this!

I think you have a problem with secondary smoke in the cab but only if it's still there when you climb into the cab. In other words, if the smoke is still airborne, then yes, you will inhale it. If it's just the smoke making the cab smell bad because of its contact with the seating fabric, then you could use more natural items to 'defumigate'. Take a lemon with you and cut it in half and leave it somewhere to allow it to work. The citrus smell will quickly overpower the tobacco smells. Hope that works for you. As a non-smoker myself, I understand your situation.

Your co-driver is endangering your health. Second hand smoke is just as harmful to the non-smoker as to the one puffing on the cigarette.
My suggestion is request a new co-driver. That's within reason and within the law. Your company cannot force you to endure someone else's smoke. If they claim it's not dangerous for you just have them read the health warning on his cigarette pack-that should say it all.
I used to be an OTR driver. When my company would ask me to evaluate and train a new driver I told management that the driver had to be a non-smoker or I wouldn't allow him in my truck, period. It was never an issue.

First of all, no trucker worth his salt would buy or use Fabrezze, it just isn't done. The biggest risk or danger you face is having your *** thrown out of the moving truck for annoying the driver about his smoking.

Enjoy free smoke without smoking. No risk at all, as long as u dont smoke directly. What people call second hand smoking is all bullshit. There is no smoke without fire. This simply means that if u dont directy smoke, no danger.

Get another job or get over it. Someone out there wants your job in that truck. So quit whining.
