If you are under a High-Sec Network, No way around to do such thing! Administrators know that u might like this, and deny u!

And of course, try this out:
Restart, BOOT MENU using F8 key,
Boot on Safe Mode.
Try to log into an administrator account
From there, Goto Users Control panel
and change ur privileges

you do now no longer choose for a sparkling computing device purely for a living house homestead windows password. you would be fortunate with danger-loose Mode. faucet F8 as computing device boots. initiate up at risk-loose Mode and attempt to log in to the Administrator account with out password. If this works bypass to clientele and regulate the Administrator password. Then reboot. or you will might want to reinstall Win 7 from the start. Your computing device might have a Product Key on the case someplace. so which you purely choose for a reproduction of the living house homestead windows 7 DVD or a get carry of from Microsoft.

That usually requires you to have root access.. and since you are working in a "high security networking system" and since you are actually asking this question, it shows that you are not about to get that previlege!
You need to learn a whole LOT before people get around to giving you that kind of previleges!
