the thing that was is and will be dirty at anytime is policy from frst of world and i think it will be to last but why?

Policies are not good when they are planned according to the advantages of one party and ignoring the difficulties of the other. unfortunately, it always happens the same way, irrespective of who is the policy maker. When they make policies, they think only from or give importance to their point of view. So, the result is the policies which are regretted by the people who have to face them. Thats why Policies always appear bad, dirty and the worst too ! hope you got the answer. good luck. bye
