You could try going into the control panel and make sure your language is set right and also check that windows hot keys are enabled. If word is the problem then look for a file called normal.dot delete it and then re-open word it will automatically recreate this file again it could have become corrupted.If that doesn't work try re-booting your system.

Some data sources (e.g. PDF docs) don't deal allow their content to transfer to the clipboard. To confirm it works or not, try coping from one Word doc to another Word doc. If it doesn't work then, then it is definitely the computer!!

That is odd. What are you trying to copy and paste? Have you been using office recently? You may need to clear the office clipboard.

Clean and clear your' computer. and then program it again. You might lose some information. But that'll fix you'r computer.
