Because Pakistan has nuclear weapons already, and no oil, just a major exporter of drugs to the US, so Bush isn't about to rip up the landscape and disturb the Al Qaida training camps , distress the Taliban and worst of all kill innocent civilians just to bring you to justice.
Besides, Bush has too many ties to your relatives in your own homeland.
