Well, that is a good question... it would be the enemy of the Iraqis!!! Iraqis have tried this before with Iran, when the Iranians are at their lowest moral, and now they are harvesting it!
Just wondering though of what happens to the Iranian statue that is pointing their fingers in Iraq.

Most Iraqis are killed by Iraqis - mainly Sunni ans shia militia and the Iraqi army.
A lot more are killed by Arab extremists who penetrated Iraq, these are mostly Sunni .
The US and British troops.

Right now, the US campaign is mostly defensive. They won't attack unless they're being fired upon. Most of the violence in Iraq is between different religions sects and cultural groups. It more of a civil war right now. When Hussein was ruling, his tyranny kept all these groups in check, but now that he's gone, they're all vying for dominance over the country.

Primarily it is muslims who practice Islam. And they were doing it before we ever got there, and they will continue long after we are gone, it is their culture to solve differences with a slice of the sword.
