This is a very difficult question that you asked. Can´t answer the question the way you wanted. But I can name one from every team. From Pakistan: "Wasim Akram". From India I can close my eyes & will name "Irfan Pathan". Because India has never had a geniune fast-bowler before. Since the time they have started playing Cricket. Well, from New-Zealand I haven´t seen much Cricket from New Zealand & neither do I know the names of their old fast-bowlers. So therefore I would prefer to say that "Shane Bond" is best bowler from New-Zealand. From Australia: Glenn McGrath. I also don´t know much about old-bowlers from West-Indies. So once again I would prefer to say that "Malcolm Marshall" was the best from Caribbean. "Allan Donald" from South-Africa. "Muttiah Muralitharan" from Sri-Lanka. I don´t know much about England-bowlers either. So therefore I would name the one who is my favourite: "Stephen Harmison". "Heath Streak" from Zimbabwe. "Mohammad Rafique" from Bangladesh. So now I don´t think that there is any other team left from which you would prefer to know.

Thanks!

According to our greatest cricketer Sir Richard Hadlee, Dennis Lillee is the greatest fast bowler of all time. Considering he retired early due to chronic back injuries.

I remember when he was playing a charity match with Thompson and Hadlee against NZ, they were on fire. Great bowlers get better with age. If it wasn't for his retirement he would have recorded far higher returns than what he finished with and I go for the same theory with Sir Richard Hadlee. I'm sure if it wasn't for his heart injury Sir Richard would have been the first player to take 500 wickets.

Asking for opinions, you can get as many different answers as the number of people you ask. Some may say Don Carter, some will name others on the top 10 list.

Warne by an absolute country mile! But Lillee was pretty good and so was Sir Hadlee. Also you had Larwood and Akram but surely Warne is the best.
