AFRIDI IS A CLUBBER.HE CAN HIT THE BALL POWER FULLY.
BUT MOST OF THE TIME,... UP ABOVE THE WORLD SO HIGH.!!!
IN POWER PLAY OVERS HE CAN HIT RUNS.
YOU MAY FIND THAT HIS SHOTS BALOONING HIGH AND DROPS IN UN-MANNED AREA.
DUE TO FIELDING RESTRICTIONS, HE SURVIVED MANY TIMES.
YES..HE HIT A LIGHTNING 100 AT HIS DEBUT.
BUT WHY HE CANT MAINTAIN THE CLASS?
COZ, RIVALS FIND HIS WEAKNESS EASILY.
DHONI HAS REAL TALENT. HE IS NOT BRUTAL CLUBBER.
DHONI CAN CLEAR ANY GROUND.
HE HAS THE CONSISTENCY.
LAST TOUR IN PAKISTAN, HE KICKED THE BOWLERS BUTTS REPEATEDLY
PAKISTAN SELECTORS TOO KNOW ABOUT AFRIDI'S SKILLS.
THAT'S WHY HE IS IN AND OUT OF PAKISTAN TEAM OFTEN.

This is probably the most difficult question for me to resolve.Being a Pakistani I certainly like Afridi a lot but since I am not Daryl Hair I can't deprive Dhoni what he really deserves. Well, in my opinion they both are equally talented players because they both can destroy the opponents on their day. If people say Dhoni is consistent they should remember he also has many low scores. And for Afridi we all know if he bats little longer its just a bonus for spectators.I think they both share the "Trophy" because they both are great entertainers and I am sure Indian love to see Afridi batting as we Pakistani love to see Dhoni taking the bowlers on sword.

How can you compare Dhoni with Afridi? Frankly speaking, Dhoni is more consistent, but Afridi played longer and hit some awesome innings.
I honestly can't put one over the other.

Well, 183 of 145 balls is no joke either. And that too against the bowling line-up which includes Vaas, Muralitharan. And that too when they were in perfect form. Vaas was in tremendous form & Murali as well. Afridi also hit the Fastest -Century against Sri-Lanka. But at that time Sri-Lanka was not in great form either. He got the help from the entire team. Saeed Anwar did also score a century. But when Dhoni played, he was under tremendous pressure first wicket was fallen at that time & India hasn´t had a great start either. Their 1st wicket was fallen with 7 runs on the board, compared to 60 runs when Afridi came-out to bat. And batting 1st as well.
Click on the link below to go to the scorecard of the match in which Afridi scored the fastest-Century.
Click on the 2nd link to go to the scorecard of the match in which Dhoni scored 183.
Thanks!

Eh people if you are saying that Afridi is an hard-hitter, then what is dhoni? He is also brilliant hard-hitter, even better than Afridi, Infact best in the World. I think you people haven´t watched Dhoni batting. Look at the way he smashed Pakistan & Sri-Lanka. He is also very consistent batsman. Afridi is also not a cconsisting batsman, infact very inconsistent.

as of now, v can't compare Afridi & Dhoni. Dhoni has a long way to go before being judged for his real quality.

As of now Afridi is a better player as compared to Dhoni as he is a good bowler besides a hard hitting batsman whereas Dhoni has just started his carreer and has to improve in his wicket keeping abilities.

Afridi is a good Allrounder. They can bowl & bat at any time to take his team to victory. Whereas Dhony is good hitter but not a wicketkeeper. He needs time to improve his wicketkeeing skills.

Dhoni in batting but if you are seeing all the things I think Afridi is better 'coz he is very useful all-rounder and most clever.
