It would be tempting, but I would not do it. It's too scary to be worth it. I would wait to see if the 4400s would try making it again, only safer first.
You know, once technology is out, it always gets refined by someone, so waiting is better.
This is a great question! (the first that I'm REALLY interested to see the answers to!)

I like my life, so I don't think I would take that kind of a risk. But I did jump out of a perfectly good airplane - once.
