I can't even break this down per hour, I'd be in the hole.
We are On-site managers of a housing Community, we receive half off our lot, 195.00 a month. Approx. 50.00 a week, less than 7.00 a day.
We answer our phones 24/7.
Not to mention, the mowing, the trimming, changing street light fixtures, weeding, trash pickup, showing homes to buyers, painting, and chasing off unwanted visitors out of our Community.
And that's just one of our jobs. I live in the good ole' USA.
