Try Complan (get it from Boots or chemists) - it's a weight gain drink given to those who need to gain weight (after surgery, etc). Or any body building drinks do the same, just don't take too much.

My sister has an illness that makes it difficult to put weight on and she has milkshakes that are very calorific , you can get your doctor to prescreibe them or go to your chemists and see if you can buy them.
Edit. called Scandishake.
