He is in my PE class in HS and everyone knows hes gay well anyway hes locker is next to mine and he is doing dumb stuff all the time which I think maybe he is coming on to me First he will sometimes jump on the floor and he kissed my feet a couple of times which then he laughed and I couldnt help but laugh too even tho I wanted to kick him. Then I said I need a shower bad and he said I like you sweaty and he grabbed my draws and sniffed them and went mmmmmm. Now I ask for a locker change to get away from this guy and he asked me if I would beat him down and force him to clean my he said "smegma" which Im sure is sexual. What do I do? I can't do anything to him becuz the school has strict policy on that sort of thing but hes perverted now harassing me sexualy and I dont want to tell anyone because its embarassing. Maybe I should just give him wat he wants.

Already my friends are making fun of me saying we're a couple and that Im gay. But if I report him then more peopl will know what he is doing and I bet nobody will believe me either since locker room pranks are common. So it will be like Im the problem.

I think I know what he means, regarding "can't do anything to him", meaning you can't kick his butt. Most schools nowadays have strict policies that protect homosexuals, and would consider any beating to be a "hate crime". In fact, you might even get into trouble by humiliating him. However, after what he said to you the stunts he's pulled in the locker room, it doesn't seem like this guy can be humiliated. Kissing your feet and offering to clean your ****** is about the most humilating thing I can think of, and he's doing that to himself! I can see how if you tell an administrator that your and his parents might become involved, and maybe the school would find out. It sucks. That's high school! Your best bet would be (since changing lockers didnt work) is to CHANGE PE CLASSES. Get a new schedule. If he's not in your classes you won't have to deal with him.

First are you into guys? It kinda sounds like maybe you are wanting to experiment with guys but embarassed about what others will think if they find out.
Second if you are NOT into him at all then you need to report him to your PE teacher or another teacher or staff member at your school for sexual harassment. What he is doing is considered sexual harassment, and you dont have to put up with it.
You said you cant do anything to him cause your school haves a strict policy on that sort of thing....By that do you mean fighting, having sexual relations with him, or what?
Yes all schools have a policy about no sexual conduct on school property. (PDA rules) However out side of school if you and him are both willing and its not foced sexual activites they have no say so.
You did say you are in highschool so check the laws in your area. I know some states the age limites are different when its sex with a person of the same sex as you, and some states forbid it.

here it is from a HOMO. do the right thing man. tell him to leave you alone about it. you're straight. he's gay. you respect that he's gay. he needs to respect that you're straight. he sounds like a jerk to me. if a chick was doing that crap to me i would have some words for her. gross. unless you actually like his behavior in some way (you said 'maybe i should give him what he wants....which was a weird thing to say man, sorry. look into that.) then you need to put it to a stop. be a man and tell him to back off. don;t be an animal and take it out agressively. just say "i might laugh but really it's not funny. it makes me uncomfortable if you respect me as a person you'll stop". if he does not stop- report him. i'm sure your school has a policy against sexual harrasment- which is what that is.

Your school probably also has a very strict policy about sexual harassment, which he is in know way exempt from. You should really report him because his behavior is completely unacceptable. No one should have to tolerate that. If he makes you feel the least bit uncomfortable, you need to report him.

oh god, that aint good. you need to stand up too him, dont give him what he wants, chances are if your not that way incined you wont enjoy it!. i dont think beating him up is the way to go. however. a good strong firm talk to him might do the trick.
i dunno if you embaress him loudly, he probley will stop.
try shouting infront of every one "stop comming on to me, i aint gay, i like the touch of a hot chick, and trust me your the wrong sex, now back off!" trust me you will have all the girls chasing you, and all the lads looking up to you for bein strong and handleing it the right way... really dont hide away. sort it, hold ya head up high.

this guy sounds like he acts like a jackass. most guys that act that way(with the locker room stuff) are usually trying to conceal that they are gay themselves. if he is really bothering you then you should'nt be afraid to tell a teacher or administrator.
