There are several questions and or problems here....
First, your "wrecked" credit is not really needed. You can get by in life without credit cards and the hell they bring.
Now not having friends or family... Well, Why? did you push them away? are they all dead? or you just feel they don't help you?
Nothing to sell, means easy to move...
Get a job, any job and work to get money.
There are homeless shelters, park benches, goverment assistance.
There are many ways to get out of the hole, just make up your mind to do it...

Fa, that sounds bad....but I think your best way out is to do all you can to find a job. Put your pride aside and take anything you can get that pays. Once you started working at least you have a feeling that you do something and from there you can try to work your way up again.

There's work out there...just keep looking and ur credit will be better...it will take a while but it will be. Meanwhile, try to sort your finances.....and spend sensibly
