Ive got 19.3 million of red blood cells and I was told to extract blood
How much blood do I have to extract and how often ? please help
cause thi is serious.
How long will I live (very worried)

What you will need is an order from your doctor to have a therapeutic phlebotomy, when you get one you will go to a lab and they will run a hemoblobin and hematocrit on you and if it is high enough they will remove 1 to 2 units of blood from you. That will drop your hemoglobin down. You will probably have to have this done every couple of months for the rest of your life.

You can safely donate blood as long as your hematocrit is above average levels. Good luck.

Probably you are talking about sicle cell anemia, or Leukemia.
