when it stops working, Power supply, Harddriver, Monitor,optic mouse,keybord... are still running but I can not use my computer.Does it have problem with cpu fan,Powersupply fan or anything else? In an addiction after I click on restart button,It works as normal as before.

Chance's are your CPU is being taking up by a run away process. Check in your task manager if it happens again. If theres a run away process. Just end it.

By ur info i think there is a problem with your SMPS or the processor fan open the cabinet and turn the system on check the processor fan and smps fan or running if they both or working. after the system shutdowns check weather the processor has been heated up if its head u need to replace the fan fast.

I'd uninstall any file sharing programs and check for spywares. Check task manager like the other dude says and if you see anything suspicious check Google and sometimes you can find ways to uninstall spywares that way.

check your cpu fan at the back of the pc see if it is going at a fast speed put the bak of your hand to the fan to check if it is verry hot air coming out if you see the fan is running slow or blowing out verry hot air you need to power off the pc and have a new one put in
if the fan is ok then dc your internet cut the feed off then restart your pc and do a full system virus/spyware/ trojan check up
to do a full systen free scan to see what is on that pc if any virus /spyware/trojan you can use a diff pc and download this software to it burn it on to cd then install it on to yours
dont have the internet on then scan your pc with all of this for free if it finds any spyware/virus/trojans you have the options to remove but some of this software when you try to remove the bad junk the software will ask for you to registry and buy
befor it can remove the trojans/spyware/virus
