Bad stuff does happpen to us all, periodically - is it stupid to prefer an anonymous reply? or a kind of connection? (I don't mean something that would make you be obsessed with anyone)

when nobody reaches out, and connections arent made, we become nations of individuals.. the problem is that individuals, are alot easier for governments to control, and scare.
Reach out if u can, and if you cant, reach in ureself, and hope someone will see ure pain..

Not stupid at all. There are times that people prefer that instead of asking real friends that might ridicule them or use those info against them in the future. Here in Yahoo Answers, u have the option of ignoring answers that are empty and consider the ones that were given much thought. Developing connection is good, just don't be obsessed

Sometimes (depending on what happened to you) it is much easier to tell someone you don't know b/c since they don't know you and you don't know them you don't have any kind of relationship that you would be concerned about losing. Because you don't worry so much about being judged by the stranger as much as you would a friend. Plus you may have to look at the friend often & you may feel uncomfortable since they know this about you where as a stranger you never see. Also the stranger is more likely to give a straight & honest answer no matter what while a friend might say what they think you want to hear to spare your feelings.

Girl it is not stupid at all. If you reach to someone you know, they will only tell you the things that you need to know and make you feel better while if you reach out to a stranger, they will tell you the cold hard truth. It might be warm loving truth too.

kinda depends. We are strangers here until we become familiar with regular avators. Anonymous replies can help because there is no connection. Depends on the person and the problem. There is always your gp too.

No it's not stupid to reach out to strangers but you have to be careful. These strangers may not give you the proper advice because they have nothing invested in you, so be careful.

No..its not bad..coz u can take all the advice u get..but u dont hv 2 follow all of that..do wat ur heart says is right..but listening 2 others is not at all bad..as long as ur mind says(ur mind must b in a right condition ok?)
