I think the world would be a much better place without the USA, at least in the future. The USA seems like it's going to get a lot worse before and if it ever gets better. America is nothing more than an international bully! I don't see America lasting and continuing to be what it currently is for much longer. My friend suggested that within the next 100 years, it could break up into several smaller nations or unions, each consisting of a few states. That might not be a bad idea!

Theoretically yes it would be a better place.Realistically it would never happen, we have too many weapons, and im quite positive the ability to nuke any country that tried. As far as the US saving Europe during WW2, shouldnt one be saying that even then we held true to our American standards, making money off the blood of everyone by supplying the germans with steel.MM that would be Prescott Bush eh? As far as money given to other countrys we give the lowest percentage wise of any major country. The world would most certainly be a better place with the US meddling into everything. The idea that the US was formed with over 200 years ago, was the greatest idea to never work. Our whole system of government is horribly corrupt and that will never change. Imagine how different the world would be if you could erase every thing the US has done to meddle in

In spite of the fact that our current President is the most hated man on the planet, the United States is still the hope of the world. That's why it's so important to get rid of the neo-cons and return to the community of peace-loving nations as their leader, once again. Right now, the rest of the world feels threatened by the U.S. That has to change!
The answer to your question is no, the world would not be a better place without the United States, not yet anyway.

If its serious then why are you asking like that? Would the world be a better place if any country was wiped off the face of the earth?

It all depends upon who runs the Beach resorts along the Atlantic and Pacific.

Those along the Gulf of Mexico will no doubt be run by the displaced members of the French Quarter.

I'm sure that the central part of ( where the country used to be ) the space will be occupied by the Mexacainigans, they should be able to make a living there selling tacos to the people who swim along the Atlantic and Pacific shores.

No!The USA has contributed a great deal to the world..such as advances in medicine, movies, music, great writers etc
I'm sure you must watch your fair share of US films to say the least.... How about a game of basketball?
Don't let world politics taint your perception about other countries...we all have something good to offer..There are good people living over there...What if someone blew you up because they didn't like the person governing your country?..By the way, I'm not American, I'm Universal.

Think of it this way--if the US wasn't around during WWII, you wouldn't be allowed to ask the question you just asked. While some people or nations might feel the elimination of the world's last remaining superpower might yield temporary benefits, I assure you that the world would quickly fall into a world war unlike any you've ever seen. The US is one of the last great checks and balances for dictators like Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, that nut in Korea, and other expansionist dictatorships hellbent on world domination.

There could be an excellent rush for the land grab, and a ton of struggling with to take over. different international places say they hate us, subsequently or that, yet, they continuously anticipate us to apply our human beings and supplies and funds on each occasion there is conflict or disaster interior the international. We supply extra remote places help than the different united states on earth. They take what we supply and say how undesirable we are F'em now and F'em later Uncle Ed continuously reported. you realize, this already occurred as quickly as to our community ancestors, and united statesa. is the effect, for extra helpful or worse. i do no longer think of that the subsequent ones might desire to fairly do a extra helpful job.

No! Though I sometimes think the same dark thoughts...

Let's not confuse their awful foreign policy and the inner cabal of neo-Cons with the USA. They are two very distinct things.

Most US citizens - well, most intelligent US citizens - are just as appalled by their current leaders as the rest of the world.

If the USA stopped strirring up a hornets nest of hatred, and then trying to police it, I am sure that you would see the more positive side of the United States.

And I say this as a proud US-bashing Brit!

For all the ill Americans do we are important to the world if for only one reason. We abhor hypocracy, we don't tollerate deceptions and we take action agaisnt injustice. History is full of nations that looked away when people suffered or leaders committed attrocities but has few examples of those who beligerently shoved dictators down in the sand and told them they had gone too far.
