Just looking and window shopping through many of the stores will give you an idea of what is in right now.
There still prints in. A lot of a rock and trash look is in, with baggy t-shirts with leggings are a big seller.
Look out for collar ankle boots, as they are due to make a big hit in the winter seasons.
Team up with a dusky black jeans and a zebra top or leopard print top will make the look really good. Add some colourful accessories to stand out like a sour thumb.
This is what is 'in'.

Grey is going to be big this season, or if thats not your thing, black and white is also in.
Peasant skirts were in a long time ago, you missed the 50's fashion, but that has given way to a more 80's style. Leggings under ra ra skirts, shirt dresses or oversized jumpers are good. Beads are no longer in fashion, i love big pendants on thin chains. Miss Selfridge do an amazing black and dimonte heart shape. Leopard print is in but i find it a bit hit and miss depending on how you wear it.
If in doubt -JEANS! Never fails, skinny still popular but if you a bigger girl then boot cut are most flattering.

Dressing down to go out seems to be the new dressing up! Jeans and a T-shirt with a decent pair of trainers or shoes seems to be fine these days. As long as your wearing something that has that little bit extra - It's all about the detail.

stay clear of polka dots , there soooooooooo goin out , but beads r in n so r Alice bands oh yer and cardigans !!
I'm also so in straight jeans wid pumps for foot wear and a plain white t-shirt wid a bright coloured cardigan on top !!

If you really interested in that try reading a fashion magazine. But fashion is so frivolous and cyclical so I say what ever you are wearing is in fashion or will be in a few months.
