IF YOU WILL LOOSE SO QUICKLY YOU MAY HAVE SOME SIDE EFFECTS. NOW YOU START MORNING WALK AND EXERCISE REGULARLY FOR AT LEAST 1.30 HOURS IN THE MORNING 3/4 HOUR IN THE EVENING AND ALSO CHECK YOUR DIET. CHECK DIET DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU STOP EATING. YOU MUST TAKE RICH BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BUT LIGHT DINNER AVOID OILY PRODUCT USE LESS SUGAR.

From 4 Kgs at birth till 90 kgs you had all the patience, and now from 90 Kgs to 60 kgs you're in a hurry ?

Have LJH. Thats Lime Juice and honey. With warm water, first thing in the morning. This combination is used by the Jindal Natropathy Institute, Bangalore. The LJH prevents hunger, absorbs the eaten food quickly in the system, does not create fat, honey gives energy & balances dehyderation.

First of all you need to know your blood type then avoid the food that is causing you to be overweight; this includes fried food,some fruits like mango,orange and veggies like potatoes and the likes of that. I'm assuming you're a non-vegetarian. Drink lots of water between 8 to 10 glasses a day. Eat healthy natural food and one important rule to lose weight in a healthy way is to NEVER eat until you are completely full. Always leave some space in your tummy, enough to make you satisfied but not too satisfied. Exercise around 30 minutes a day,to start with,then you can increase the time according on how you are doing. Start running/jogging as its the best exercise and you can also do sit-ups and push-ups. If you go to a gym that would even be a better choice. I advise you to try organic food as it is a healthy diet and you can keep eating organic to stay fit and healthy all the time.

Stop fried food, sweets, namkin, oil and hogging . Stick to your 3 square meals. You will require lot of discipline to control the urge to hog.
Walk atleast 40 min brisk daily. I can assure you will lose 15 Kg by Nov. 30 KG is too big a target. dont do things which you cant continue on long term basis

First you should go to see a doctor and endocrinologist or a nutricionist (they will make you some blood test) to know what is the cause of your overweight, when you find that is the cause, in order to know how to fight against the extra calories you consumed. When you also should analize if you are really doing something to lose that overweight as move more and eating less, that is : are you making more exercise than eating ? are you eating too much fastfood of oily food; or too much sweets?, this will be a begining to understand what is the problem, get used to note all what you eat, to analize this.

Don't eat LESS....eat SMART instead. Eat food which is rich in nutrients and vitamin and low on fat....viola !!...you are on the right track.

Jasmin green tea helps in weight loss...so you can try having a few cups of that every day.

Brocolli has negative calories...meaning the calories burnt to digest brocolli is more than the calories that are in the brocolli...so eat more of that.

Have tomatoe juice first thing in the morning...it kick starts your metabolism.

Walk...walk...walk....take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Just pay attention to what you are eating and don't starve...that's the worst thing to do to mess up your metabolism....eat as much as you want but the right food.

there are cases where almost 30 kgs are lost in 3 months, where it was intanse i heard. it is something which cannot be lost. even iam over weight. i am trying to reduce the weight. skip the normal food items with supplements that have less calorie. there are 6 essential necessities for our body dialy. that are carbohydrates, fat, water, proteins, essential oils , we always take first three things mainly. concentrate on rest of the other also. better take food supplements that do not have and do regular exercise.

just do this:

1. stop all the oily food i.e. fried foods, fatty foods, chocolate, namkeens etc

2. start having light food with lots of green vegetables i mean salads
i mean reduce food a little
like if u eat 4 chapatis then eat 3 and eat salad and fruits insted of the remaining one chapati

3. dont go on diet blindly that u want to loose weight so u want to go on diet or so

4. wake earl;y in morning. have honey in normal 1 glass of water
start with 1 spoon honey in 1 glass thebn after 15 days make 1 1/2 spoon honey then after another 15 days 2 spoon and dont exceed 2 spoon of honey. as when u loose weight ur skin gets wrinkels and stretch marks so honey helps in repairing ur skin and wont let u look flabby with access skin. it will nt only tighten ur skin it also gives anergy and burns calories.

5. after taking honey in morning dont have anything for next 2 hours
means having anything is not permitted 2 hours befor and 2 hours after u take honey. emans 2 hours before and after u take honey dontr have anything

6. go for a brisk walk for 40-60 minutes in morning after u take honey water

7. do a little yoga and pranayam it will help u increase ur concentration andwill power and will also help u in burning some calories

8. drink lots of water in full day say around atleasr 5 lieters in whole day as u know minimum 2 liters is recommended for daily for everyoner and u wanna loose weight then u drink atleast 4-5 liters

9. always b happy and neve let a ear on anyones saying. like if anybody say that u have become overweight so then dont feel bad or ir someone says that u r loosing weight then dont b much happy as in that happiness u will start becoming leniend in ur routine.

10. i hope u will oose atleast 15-20 kilos in 3 months as thats more then enough.
