Can Plantar warts grow on gential parts?

Plantar warts only grow on the bottom of the feet. It may be possible to spread a wart from one part of the body to another but then it would just be referred to as being a wart. If you think you have a wart on your "genital parts", don't try to self treat it. Definately go to your MD to have it assessed.
