This was probably meant to test your knowledge of where the active tectonic plate subduction zones are which can cause strong, shallow earthquakes capable of setting off tsunamis. However, tsunamis can also be caused by other phenomena such as volcanoes, land slides and... METEOR STRIKES! Since these guys can whap the earth just about anywhere, I would argue (on a rare technicality) that any coast could be hit by a tsunami.
