I find that rapidly all the black hair in my body especially on the head and chest are turning grey in the last 2 years I am 40 years old.

theres nothing you can do except for dyeing your hair just gotta live with it

Hair turns grey when there is a loss of hair colour. The loss of hair color is due to a gradual fall in melanin production in the hair bulb. If you observe the hair on a greying head, you will notice there is a full range of colors, from the normal shade through to white along each hair, and also from one hair to another. When the melanocytes stop producing these pigments, grey hair will start growing. This occurs due to age.
Premature grey hair can also occur at a young age due to factors such as Vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid imbalance and anaemia. Lifestyle factors such as smoking can also cause premature greying.
The average age onset is 43, though.

Instead of seeing the grey as a negative thing needing a cure, why not see it as a positive thing--something that makes you look more distinguished and mature?
If you don't like the above idea, they try dyeing your hair (or get a hairpiece).

There is no cure what so ever, you just have to accept it. Any way what is the worry all about, there is nothing wrong with being gray. I used to have a girlfriend who's hair went silver at the age of 19 and she looked fantastic.

Get rids of the kids, husband/wife too if nagging, remove stresses at work and irritating friends and aquaintances from your life, avoid gum chewing teenage shop assistants who stare at you in wonder when you ask for assistance. If these are not feasible options for you...try hair dye! It works for me!

my hair is tuning salt and pepper, i stopped washing it out, it's just going to have to be me... i had a gorgeous friend,(God be with her, where ever she is), she was in her early 20's when this premature white hair showed itself... you wouldn't believe how many people find that sexy... you might be sexy, like a mister shef *field, from the nan *ny, you know? let it be, see if you can style your hair to make it as sexy as possible...
